Using CURT

CURT is operated by Kailai Dong. These terms govern your use of CURT.

Who can use CURT

CURT is currently available to coaches aged 18 or over based in Australia. By signing up, you agree to these terms and confirm that you meet those requirements. Do not let anyone under 18 use your account.

CURT helps you manage a team's game rotation, record coaching context, and prepare notes. Use it only for teams and information you are authorised to manage.

Free access

CURT is currently free to use. Voice and AI features have usage allowances. If we introduce a paid option, we will explain its price and terms before you choose it. We will not charge you unless you expressly agree.

Coaching decisions and AI

You make the coaching decisions. Check the lineup after voice actions and use Undo when needed. AI notes may misunderstand conversation or scouting material; check them against what happened before sharing or relying on them.

CURT does not provide medical advice or assess whether a player is fit to play. Follow your club's safety procedures and seek appropriate professional advice for injuries or health concerns.

Player information and voice

Before entering information about other people, make sure you have the right to provide it and give any required privacy notices. Obtain consent from the player or an authorised parent or guardian where required, especially for young players. Only include information needed to coach the game; avoid unnecessary medical details, identity documents and other sensitive information.

Before using voice around other people, explain that audio is sent to Google Gemini and conversation text is saved. Obtain any consent required by law and your club's rules before recording or transcribing them. Your device's microphone permission does not provide consent on anyone else's behalf.

Your content

You keep any rights you hold in the content you provide. You give us a non-exclusive permission to host, store, copy and process that content, including through our service providers, only as needed to operate CURT and provide its features. This permission is subject to the uses, retention and deletion described in our privacy information.

Upload scouting material, photos and other content only if you have the necessary rights and permissions. Respect other people's privacy, copyright and confidentiality when entering or sharing information.

Connection and saving

Voice and AI require a working connection and an available service allowance. Touch game controls continue locally when offline after this device has opened and claimed the game online. Check the saving status before closing the app; memory-only changes cannot survive closing the page. Availability may be affected by maintenance, outages or provider limits.

Account security and fair use

Keep your account and device secure. Do not attempt to access another coach's information, bypass service limits, or use the service to harm others.

Stopping use and account restrictions

You can stop using CURT at any time and delete your account from the profile menu. The privacy information explains deletion and any remaining copies.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, protect people or the service, or comply with the law. We will explain the reason and how to contact us to request a review where lawful and practical. Urgent security or legal issues may require action without advance notice.

Changes to CURT or these terms

We may make reasonable changes to maintain or improve CURT, meet legal requirements or respond to provider changes. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes to these terms or a planned service closure through the app or your account email, unless urgent security or legal reasons prevent it. You can stop using CURT if you do not agree to a change. Changes will not remove rights that have already arisen.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. The guidance about AI, availability and saving does not limit those rights.

Our privacy information explains what CURT collects, how information is used, who processes it and how retention and deletion work.
